It doesn’t clean my clothes good unless I do heavy load. The older washing machines do a way better job at cleaning clothes in my opinion.

We have a king size bed so we needed a larger dryer. Within a few weeks it had a hard time drying. Now, we have to put it on the highest time setting twice for it to dry. We have the large capacity washer that matches and cant use it to its capacity or the dryer takes even longer to dry. Do not purchase this dryer.

Please know that we value your feedback, and we will continue working on improving the quality of the products and services we offer.
Please make to the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain other cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature.

Sensor settings don’t dry properly
