    Poor Drying

    I have had problems with this dryer of not drying simple shirts as well as towels. I am having to pay more in my energy bill because I am having to dry things more and longer. So it takes me 2-3 cycles to dry an item.

    Dryer takes more than 3 hours for a full cycle

    Totally disappointed with the dryer. Initially, it use to work well. But, with days passing by, its taking very long time to finish its cycles. Some times, it takes more than 5 hours. Don't understand the reason.

    clothes always wrinkled

    I bought the washer and dryer set and I am so disappointed with the dryer. My clothes that I never had to iron now comes out all wrinkled. I have tried all the settings and I still can't get it to come out without wrinkles. I so much regret not returning it on time. Now I'm stuck with a dryer that I literally hate

    Samsung Dryer

    It takes forever to dry ad sometimes even multiple cycles for it to dry one load. I bought this to replace a much older model and it seems like the older one worked WAYYYYYYYYY better

    I tried various setting, and also turned the eco option off It still does not dry well. I wish that i could have purchased a different brand

    Doesn’t clean the clothes

    I’m not very happy on how it washes the clothes. The water level is minimal. The clothes don’t seem to be cleaned all the way. Some of the Tide pods don’t even dissolve.

    cheaply made dented in two places when being put in. stops before the clothes ate dry keeps tell ne to check the lint filter even though its empty lettering on the machine too light hard to see

    This dryer hasn't work right since I got it. I am getting my money refunded from Samsung simce they don't have any service technicians in my state.
