We've love all of the features, it's quiet, and efficient. They only thing we're not crazy about is not being able to turn off all of the chimes. You can turn off the end of cycle noise, but every button has a ding and it's not necessary.

Preset settings leave clothes coming out damp.

Modes are clearly defined. The thing that bugs me about this dryer is that it’s supposed to have moisture sensor and stop once clothes are dried when using the preset settings. The problem is, the machines been stopping and my clothes have still been damp. I’ve tried it with blankets also and they’ve come out damp as well. I’ve had to use the manual setting to finish drying off loads.
