We never have to worry about clothes not being dry. There are a few times where the sensor has some trouble identifying if the bedding is dry in the inside so you may have to remove the bedding and turn over inside the dryer.

Sometimes I feel like it giant dry all the way for heavy loads and when I go to fluff them up it runs for about 3 minutes then stops. I haven’t read the user manual yet but I hope this issue can be resolved I would like it to run a little longer.

I had a load of towels etc that needed dibs on laundry. I didn't want to decode the dryer settings, so I set it to "Timed Dry" of max heat for max time...... towels wet at the end. Even manually extended the drying time to 1:30 minutes (which is laborious.) Still wet! What the heck? Then I see it, when you set to timed dry, it auto selects "on" Eco Dry. Well "Eco Dry" means your stuff stays wet. So I turned Eco Dry "Off." The machine did it, but it gave me a condescending descending series of beeps to inform me how displeased it was with my selection. Didn't I know that in order for it to dry my towels, it would have to turn up the heat? Didn't I know that the environment, nay mother Earth herself would be personally damaged, if I turned off "Eco Dry." The machine wanted me to know that my actions alone would likely kill 7-10 polar bears. But it relented and would indeed dry a medium load of damp towels to dry at max heat, max time. But I must endure the disapproval beep every time I run a load. How dare I?

Congratulations on your new Samsung Dryer. I see you could be new to Eco Dry but at least you understand how to get the best performance from your machine. Also you will hear a chiming song at the end of your cycle to indicate the end of the cycle. Its better than the traditional honking indicator. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad
