Some towels soured once because I forgot they were in the washer. I ran them in the Steam Sanitize cycle and the musty smell is gone. The only thing I've had a little trouble with is getting flannel sheets to dry completely. They tend to wad up in a ball requiring me to separate the sheets and dry them one at a time. Otherwise, I love this dryer!

It dried faster than my own electric dryer. I liked the wrinkle prevent cycle. I am disappointed with the Wrinkle Away cycle. It is not a recommended cycle. It just wet my clothes, it was soaked and wet. It did not dry my clothes. That was a waste of time. This is the reason why I gave 4 stars only.

They have had it six months and I checked in with them today to make sure that they still love it and they do! They have several kids and they live in the country, this dryer works all the time and they have had no problems or complaints!

Love the color and the fingerprint resistant attribute! There is a steam function to this dryer they forget to tell you. If it's delivered you need an adapter ~$26. My only 1 star reduction is when you dry a load, always add more time or it won't dry completely.
