However Best Buy offers a service plan with their own service people who are certified to repair Samsung, so we Gave it a try. So far dryer ha scum ruined as expected... steam dry is really useful for informal items. Saves a lot of time.

Don’t buy this dryer

You think you have a lot of options to customize, but all the settings are locked in. I want to dry a fluffy blanket with low heat and there’s just no setting that does that. So either it comes out damp or I might set it on fire cause the only options that allows for total dryness is also high heat. The customer service is also horrible. The delivery guys put a giant dent in my dryer vent and Best Buy refuses to come fix it. They said I have to uninstall the vent myself (I don’t know how), go back to the store (30 minute drive) exchange the vent and then schedule a new installation appointment (which most likely won’t be free cause the vent is only $26) horrible. I’ll be scheduling my return tomorrow.

If you want to refresh your clothes for 15 min, the drier will stop running when it senses the clothes are dry.. which would be minutes after you start it. Also this color shows a lot of scratches and imperfections.

Posted .Hello, Monk85! If your clothes are dry, and you are trying to just refresh the load a little, we recommend using either the Refresh cycle or the Time Dry cycle. Any of the standard cycles use the sensor bars to determine when the load is dry, however, these 2 cycles do not. ^Jecca

Giving it a 4 star instead of 5 only for the sensor dry which tends to stop the dryer prior to all close being dry. Just have to finish the load on normal to fully finish drying all the close. Or you can just set the dryer to normal prior to starting the cycle.

Many options and adjustments can be made. Seems to be built with quality and good design touches. Hope the electronics last. Dries clothes faster than my previous one, which was a quality model from about 23 years ago. Love the dryer light too.

I guess the only thing that I wish that is did have is a auto-off feature but that is not a big deal at all.

This thing is loud. the washer for this set is amazing so this is a big let down. But it does dry clothes....but the price is way to high for what you get

The washer doesn’t clean as well and clothes don’t smell as fresh. The dryer doesn’t dry clothes very well, come out damp. Extended time is necessary.
