Previously owned Kenmore Elite front loader products. The washer doesn’t clean as well and clothes don’t smell as fresh. The dryer doesn’t dry clothes very well, come out damp. Extended time is necessary.

Still going strong after almost 2 months of family use. Clothes come out clean and fresh. The different cycles work great. Cycle is quiet and cycle time is as expected. The tune played at the end of each cycle is longer than expected lol.

I got the washer and dryer combo and I highly recommend! My clothes are so clean and fresh smelling. One down fall is I heard it's really hard to get replacement parts for Samsung products so I am hoping I never have to worry about that.

Took too long to dry clothes. Made me long for my old Kenmore dryer.

This is a great dryer, especially for the price. Comparable dryers can be twice as expensive. The only downside I have noticed is the occasional thumping noise when drying large bulky items like towels or blankets. This happens with many dryers, so I don't see it as a huge flaw. I would definitely recommend this dryer

Great purchase! And the wrinkle release option works miracles on my khaki work pants! They get wrinkled in the normal dry cycle so I throw them in on wrinkle release and it was miraculous. It’s like they were ironed.

Purchased this for a house warming gift. Will not be delivered until October.

My dryer is not drying comforters & thick towels completely.

Will stop by itself when clothes are done. No excess time needed so you don’t have to worry about over drying or even worry about clothes being damp after a cycle.

Does everything we want it to well. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the control panel slants steeply backwards, forcing a short person to have to lean over it to see settings. Minor quibble, but my better half does 75% of laundry and it bugs her...

So far I’ve put four loads of laundry through this dryer and 3 loads took over 2 hours to dry and 1 load took an hour and a half. Not pleased at all. Also the tubing through to the vent is new. Not sure how to troubleshoot.

Samsung has done it again. I love this dryer. It is so cute next to the washer. It does everything and more. And I love the music it plays after it finishes. Thank you Samsung and thank you Geek Squad for great service

The sensor is off sometimes, I find it’ll stop the cycle yet the clothes aren’t quite dry yet. That would be my one critique. Other than that it’s amazing, a lot of different cycles to choose from and even a timed old school cycle for the issue I mentioned above. Quiet, no bouncing !

We love this washer! It has a huge drum so you can wash anything with this washer. Also has a soft close lid. The WiFi option is pointless because the app is garbage but someday would hopefully be a cool feature.

We were so tired of our old dryer having to go through two or three cycles to dry one load of clothes. Finally bought a new one and could not be happier! Towels, large blankets, large load of denim...all gets dry in one cycle!

This dryer is awesome. Gets my clothes dry in the first round, easy to clean filter and I love the way it looks. All round great product, haven’t have any problems yet.

I love this top loader! It's so easy to use. Thought at first something was wrong because it used such little water. My clothes didn't seem to be covered by the water, but it washed my clothes very clean and did agitate the clothes thoroughly.

The only cycle that dries well is the timed cycle.

I like this dryer but im not crazy about the sensor. Things arent always completely dry and they have to go back in on timed dry. You have to understand the whole sensor thing. I like the quick dry mode and timed dry.
