I love the washer but this dryer always leaves the clothes damp or just completely wet. I've tried putting clothes in smaller amounts and I still have to put it through two 1 hour cycles for the clothes to actually be dry. I'd recommend getting a different dryer

I’ve had this dryer for about a month now and it runs smoothly. The sanitization cycle is great for my 4 boys from playing in the mud to peace of mind knowing 99.9% of all germs from the wrestling mats have been killed.

Nice buy.. or should I say Best Buy! Lol.. it does what it needs to and does it well. It’s a taller than usual dryer which helps eliminate the need for a stand. Makes a little jingle when the cycle is done.

love my new dryer had my old one over 10 and 1/2 years and it was not drying clothes on the first spin ..sometimes had to dry it 3 times so happy with the new one and hope it lasts as long as the last one

Dryer works as advertised. The only issue we had was the warehouse damaged the side of the dryer. We’re waiting for the replacement to be scheduled for delivery. Install team did a great job.

Can’t say enough great things about this dryer. The wonderful aesthetic combined with the more than capable drying abilities and the handy steam feature are wonderful for our household.

I had a front load washer before and wanted to give the top load a try. I'm very satisfied with it. I don't have to worry about water leaking out when you're adding to your load.

this is a good dryer but didn't realize that the removable dryer vent would be so difficult to clean. You have to reach your hand in a tiny space to pull the lint out. I have tiny hands and even then it's a pain. Not the best design for a dryer lint vent.

Dries the clothes in one cycle vs 3 with my old machine. Quality machine from Samsung. Comes with the Y split for cold water tap but you will need an additional hose to connect the steam function.

Excellent Dryer! Has many settings, including steam, which will be wonderful for clothing that just needs some life put back into them. Dries quickly with a lot of settings to choose.

Note that the dryer I had before this took all day to dry one stinking load. So when I bought this dryer, and it's smart enough to stop drying my clothes when dry before the scheduled duration is over you have one happy individual.

Have had this a little over a year. Purchased from an outlet store at about half the cost. It dries pretty quickly, sometimes needs an extra cycle if it is too full. For the price we paid I can't complain.

Your delivery person was great, the appliance was the wrong color which I am not sure how that happened. It was a huge disappointment. We had bought the washer a while ago so we wanted to9 match up the set. We could not do that and we needed it immediately,

I've used these Samsung washer/dryer products before and they are very user friendly and have lasted me many years which is why when my dryer gave out, I got the newer model of the same brand.

Everything from the sales person selling this to us to delivery to using it is great. We didn't need anything to crazy. Just something that will get things dried. Works like a champ

So I had to use my warranty to get a new dryer. It took me a while to write this review because I wanted to ensure it worked. It does, it’s a solid dryer, the frills are basic but it does the job.

Perfect companion to the matching washer. The steam cycle has been a great option and this unit allows you to use a split waterline so there’s never any hassle filling anything to steam your clothing.

Samsung has been a great brand for my family. I love the black color option. Our previous washer and dryer were also Samsung. No complaints here. We are very happy with Samsung.

I absolutely love my new washer and dryer and the sells person who helped me was the best. He answered all my questions and made sure i found exactly what i was looking for!!!
