Upgrading from a previous Samsung dryer but I like this one I like the look and steam feature something I never had before my wife likes the quick dry and wrinkle features.

Overall it is a nice machine. However, the descriptions on the are bit confusing at first and the temperature setting is not as nice as out previous Samsung dryer that allowed this setting to be adjusted on certain dry options.

Love this dryer it gets so much lint out of the clothes I have to watch the dryer vent hose and the outside lent trap it really sucks everything out of your clothes

I gave it 4 stars because I had to take the door apart and reassemble it. They put itbon backwards. They did not make the holes big enough for the screws. Had to retap them. Was really frustrating.

I wish that the product had more setting like being able to turn the washer waterjet from cold to hot. Other than that I think the self cleaning cycle is very efficient

For years I’ve been dealing with a dryer that would take 2-3 cycles of 70 mins each to dry. We recently upgraded to the Samsung and those same loads of laundry are drying in less than 30 minutes. I’m very satisfied.

Is to be honest I would have given it a 5 star because of all of the features that it has but I never had the opportunity to use it so you will have to judge for yourself

Love the Samsung dryers smoky color with its smooth lines. Enjoy seeing the light inside while clothes are drying. It’s a joy hearing the tune once the cycle is completed.

I have done laundry twice and this dryer works fine. There are a lot of settings that I have to read up on but I am very excited about getting familiar with it. So far, it has been great.

We love this! The refresh and sanitize features are excellent! Great dry times, very few wrinkles, and so many options for settings! It looks super sleek too!

Got it on sale in July, but deferred delivery until we closed on our new home. Had this delivered two weeks ago. The dryer has been working out great. No major complaints or concerns!

The one I wanted wasn't available in a gas unit so the best buy worker put this one.. I didn't mind but there are so many options to dry and the one I really wanted to work was the steam wrinkle release, it doesn't

Fast and quiet. We've had several Samsung appliances, especially washers and dryers over the yrs at different houses. We love Samsung products-

Does the job for the most part, but it would be nice if there was better configuration around dry cycle time and/or temperature settings. Not a huge concern, but often need to dry larger comforters on 2 cycles.

I traded my champagne colored set for black. I am pleased with the black. I am pleased with the service Best Buy showed. Everyone was wonderful.

Great Dryer. Misleading advertising in terms of programming and wi-fi capabilities. Slightly bigger than I thought so it took a little extra work to fit in my area for laundry.
