I have to pay for services through Samsung. Dryer purchased 09/14/19. Wires don't last 2 years. Will start a house fire. If you buy a Samsung washer/dryer get the warranty. You will need it. Sorry products.

Poor drying

We always have to run a couple of time for it to fully get dry.

We purchased this exact dryer 1 year and 2 months ago and it’s already having issues. It vibrates, and is 3 times as noisy. Another issue is the cost of replacement parts!!

I really need a different one. I have to run clothes through 2 or 3 cycles to get them dry. I need to get a replacement. I have a Samsung washer that I love but this dryer is a "no go" for me

I received an email to reschedule delivery. The best they can do is August 10th! They said the product wasn't ready. It was ready on July 7th so who has my dryer? I'm not very happy here.

I could use the time dry, but then this doesn't sense when the clothes is dry. For example, I want to use the normal cycle, but don't want high temp and it doesn't let you change it. I miss that flexibility that my old dryer (not a Samsung) used to have. Also, the alarm only has one volume and it is the exact melody as my Samsung washer so when they are both running, I really don't know which one is going off. It's harder to clean the lint than my old dryer. Honestly not super happy with this buy :(

WORST SERVICE

However, when we checked, the installation team said there was no need for a water line hook-up and steam would be generated by the moisture present in the clothes. This is not so! We figured after visiting and checking, at another BestBuy, that a separate water line had to be connected. The dryer's sensors seem to be not working too great either. Whenever the Sensor Dry option is selected, the clothes never dry properly.
