    Absolute worst dryer I've ever used

    I cannot begin to explain the frustration with this dryer once I have enough for another one I'll give it away for free! Nothing is EVER dry!! I have to turn it o multiple times and for a family of 4 with 2 babies who has the time for that? I should have returned it when I had the chance. Now I'm stuck with a dryer that never completely dries anything and the cool down feature... Why?? I love nice dry warm clothes fresh out of the dryer not cool damp ones. I hate this dryer!

    Never again, Samsung

    We have owned this product for 11 months. It has shorted and melted wires in the back of the dryer twice in 11 months. Both times Samsung has determined that the reason for the short is an "installation issue". The first time, I replaced the power cord, as that was deemed the issue. The second time, I was told the issue was an installation issue and would not be covered. Currently fighting with Samsung to replace/refund this dryer. We have purchased Samsung TVs, Washing Machines, Refrigerators, and Dryers in the past. We will never buy Samsung again.

    After exactly one year i found water on flexible conduit for exaust hot air.i have extent waranty and appoiment with service company and day before re-schedule appoinment more than one week.i called best buy again becuase i can't wait more than one week for the first visit and i don't konw after that.i received email from Kacey Walker Regional Service Coordinator said it has been decided that there will be no change in your assigned service provider,but very easy for Kacey walker becuase i have dissable person at home stay 100% on bed with special necesity and for that reason i need to use almost every day washer and dryer.this is my last best buy item for me and family.

    We purchased this unit as a replacement for an older generation one that we had. The older unit started squeaking loudly after only 3 1/2 years of use. this new replacement is already doing the same...I can't believe how poorly constructed these appliances by Samsung are anymore. 15-20 years ago they were built very well but in the last few years they are HORRIBLE! I am going to get this one replaced as soon as I can with another unit or even another brand like Maytag. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY/TIME ON SAMSUNG PRODUCTS!

    Been only 8 months and an error code popped up "dc" and its been hell to get someone to repair the issue. Haven't been able to dry any clothes due to this code. Paid for the 5 yr Geek squad warranty and they cant help until the factory warranty expires..

    Samsung should be ashamed of themselves. This isn’t a dryer it’s a storage bin for wet clothes. I have yet to have something come out dry. 100 settings and all of them translate to moist end results. Load 1 sock? Get 1 damp sock back, load of towels, damp towels. Run it a second time on the timer setting and it overrides with the moisture sensor stops it while they are still wet. This thing is pure trash. It also makes this horrible random scratching noise because there isn’t enough clearance between the drum and the inner wall.

    Not working because BB did not install properly. Have had them out and Samsung will not cover repair. It has been a little over a year. So it is up to BB to cover on there extended 5 year warranty.

    Better To Repair Older Dryer Than Buy This One

    This has many features and was expensive, but it never dries clothes all the way. The steam function just flat doesn't work. Turns itself off after just a few minutes. None of the preset functions give you dry clothing, I have to go to the time setting and pick my own temp/ time/ etc. Wife complains clothing now smells bad all the time. If you have an older dryer, get it repaired instead of buying new. It may not have a bunch of fancy features that don't work, but at least your clothes will get dried. Wish I had fixed my 20 year old dryer instead of buying this one.

    Great product but damaged. They offered to replace it but due to our snow storm it was supposed to be rescheduled and its just too much of a hassle so we spent a lot of money for outlet condition product.

    It looks great. When you first get it. I am someone who is very careful with my stuff but for real, you can't even consider sitting a box of detergent on the lid of this dryer. This must be some of the most delicate paint ever. Mine looks like Afghanistan after Biden. I'm less than a year in and I get HC error codes that I can't figure out. I guess we will see how customer service with Samsung is.

    Im so sick and tired of this "go green" garbage! Thanks to trying to "go green" Samsung stuck a horribly inaccurate sensor in this machine that shuts off the dryer when clothes are still VERY DAMP! I have to constantly clean the sensor after every single load if i expect my clothes to ever dry. Go Green = incompetent appliances. STOP THIS NONSENSE ALREADY! You are not saving the earth by forcing the consumer to dry the same load multiple times or run their dryer for longer times. What kinda idiots do you think we are!?!?
