    Doesn't dry clothes

    This dryer doesn't work. It needs 2 to 3 rounds to dry clothes, even putting only a few items in the dryer it still take 2 rounds. Not sure why they would produce a dryer that takes up more energy to complete the required amount of drying that other dryers can do in half the time. Not smart. I would not recommend or buy this dryer.

    when placing the dryer on a specific setting for example, "sheets" the dry original time is set for 1-hour and 15-minutes but the dryer will jump to 6-minutes dry time.

    From the second we got these out of the box, they were junk! I've had to have services calls now four times on both the washer and dryer. Both were making horrendous noises. Samsung finally said that it was Best Buy's fault my dryer doesn't work Still trying to resolve the issues, and the unit isn't even a year old. Samsung needs to stick to what they do best. TVs, Cell Phones, and Tablets. Shoving all this smart technology into these units makes them junk.

    I've only owned this dryer for a little over a month now and all seemed fine at first. Now whenever I put wash in to be dried, the dryer is leaking water out of it. I go in to check on it and find puddles. It's not from any of the steam cycles as I've never used them and the wash is defenitly not that wet that it should be leaking out. Kind of disappointed.

    You have to read and interpret a 20 page instruction book to operate. We still have difficulty getting the settings right and turning it on and off

    The dryer stopped working after two weeks. The store manager John Woollard and box regional manager Juan Diez are the most incompetent imbeciles and should not be in the positions they are in. They could care less about any damages to your home or the fact that your items are defective. If you go to Best Buys in Boca only deal with Marcos he’s great!

    No matter what setting you use on this dryer it takes hours to dry your clothes. Even then sometimes they end up smelling moldy. I’m assuming it’s because it’s some sort of energy saving feature that ends up making it worse than just a normal dryer. Highly do not recommend.

    It doesn't dry anything completely every time. About 1/2 the time we have had the dryer run for 2-3 hours and it still isn't drying everything and its just regular clothes, shirts and underwear, not jeans, or heavy items.

    Well, I bought the dryer to match my washer. I wish I would have gotten something else, 18 months later it will heat on certain settings. Don’t waste your time or money.

    The on button started getting less and less responsive and now no longer works. I’ve had unit for a month and a half. No longer returnable to Best Buy. Samsung isn’t what it used to be.

    I don't recommend this dryer. It take up to 4 cycles to dry a load of towels or jeans and three cycles for light clothing. The matching washer is good though. Very disappointing for a Samsung product.

    Do not buy this dryer, it isn't very pleasant. We have to put clothes through multiple regular cycles to get them dry. I wish I had sent it back right away.

    DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!!! We purchased this exact dryer 1 year and 2 months ago and it’s already having issues. It vibrates, and is 3 times as noisy. Another issue is the cost of replacement parts!!
