Best dryer I have ever used, does larg loads and keeps my clothes soft!

Have had for 4 years now and still working amazing!

The dryer works like a charm been 3yrs still loving it.

I bought this washer in 2020. After 4 years , suddenly it stopped drying clothes. I entered diagnostics to find error, it showed clogged vent but that was wrong error as vent were clean and i paid unnecessarily service charge for vent cleaning. I didn’t want to pay any further so replaced with new dryer available most economical options after possible deals. Everything else works in dryer except heating Lesson learnt - Basic functionality has to work in appliances, bells and whistles are waste of Money.

For someone who had a dryer that took 4 times to dry this dryer is a dream. 1 load of laundry would take me all day but now with this new dryer I can get six loads of laundry done now in under 8 hours. How did I live back in the stone age for so long? Thanks samsung.

Clothes are never completely dry even when you choose the longer dry time.

The dryer is okay. I like for my clothes be hot out the dryer, and ever since I purchased this model, the clothes are just as hot as they should be. Forget about trying to dry a comforter, it will never dry completely, but that is a given. Could have been better, but it's lasted 4 years.

I got this dryer to replace my old Kenmore. I also got the matching washer. This dryer is great. It dries clothes very quickly, usually around 35 minutes for a normal load. The internal light is nice so I can see if anything is left inside the dryer - no more lost socks! The glass door keeps my dog entertained as he watches the laundry tumble dry. The steam function is okay. I have not really used it a lot since I have a portable steamer. Overall, I am very happy with the design of this dryer and its functions. It would be nice if this dryer had the capability to send notifications to my smartphone, but the end notification is pretty loud and lengthy so I typically hear it when I am somewhere else in the house.

I bought this dryer in November of 2019. It was working great with no issues up until January of 2023. It stopped drying and the tech that came out said the heating coil went. It took a week to get the original appointment, then another week for the parts to come in. We’ve been hanging clothes all over the housei. The mean time. It’s been a huge pain. The tech also told us tha in his experience it’s been the Samsung products that have been dying within 2-3 years. Not cool.

We've had this dryer for about 4 years. I've had to tear it apart about 6 times now to clean out lint. The lint system is so poorly designed, it may as well not have one. The lint gets past the lint trap, and accumulates on the blower fins. When this happens, the dryer sounds like it's going to explode. It involves removing the top and front panel plus the blower cover, then meticulously picking out the lint from the fins of the blower. If you don't do this, you risk your dryer overheating and the lint catching fire. Aside from that, this dryer does not dry clothes completely. The sensors think your clothes are dry, and shuts off the dryer. Even on the timed cycle, it shuts off the heat so that your clothes have to air dry. You may as well hang them out on the line to dry. I do NOT recommend this dryer!

I have had the dryer for 4 years and now get the HC error code. The inital $300 repair i paid did not get the job done. Geek sqaud had to come back out and replace the entire control panel. I disconnected the steam hose as well which is not what i wanted to do but was told it contributed to the problem. I have had FOUR geek sqaud appointments and had to leave work for them. 2 diagnose, 2 to repair with new parts. Overall i have been without a dryer for 2 months this summer. I have had to take my wet clothes to a local laundry mat. Samsung cell phones, yes. Samsung dryers, no

Stops drying after 18 months and then 36 months. The heating coils suck and need replacement which is more money. Would not buy for that reason alone.

great dryer..i've had it for 3 years and no issues.

Dies after 4 years and was 750$ to repair. Lame. Heating element stopped working. And repair cost more than new dryer. Never worked great anyways. Plastic cars cracked and took multi attempts to dry.

Purhcased the Samsung Electric Washer/Dryer combo back in Sept 2019, its now November 2022 and it works just as good. I know some Samsung products get a bad rep but so far so good.
