I just reviewed the washer, this is also a great buy. I washed my queen sized comforter in the washer, and had ample room remaining. Moved it to the dryer and still had loads of room. There is a "Bedding" setting on both machines, and it works perfectly. The comforter wasn't even slightly damp in any area. Additionally, this dryer has a steam feature which I've used to remove wrinkles from my dress shirts. It comes with an appropriate t fitting so installation is simple. However, you do have to buy an additional water hose, dryer exhaust tube, and the power cord for this dryer. I personally believe that the dryer should either come with those items, or a coupon worth the value of those items. But that's just me... Beyond that, I love this dryer. It's huge internally, looks sleek, and works amazingly well. *Pro Tip* - There are several styles of power cords, ensure you buy the correct one the first time to eliminate return trips. Also, Best Buy didn't have the one I needed, so I bought the correct one from Home Depot. Enjoy your new purchase. - Brian

Very easy to use. Runs quiet. The steam dryer works great. The top washer is deep, which is great for large loads but it can be difficult to reach clothes if you've got short arms.

Great dryer, lots of space for big loads like comforters. I use the wrink away option every for my uniforms

This dryer is amazing. Very large, I've only had it for a couple weeks and have yet to try out the steam feature, which was a bonus. The only thing is that I find some of the clothes come out damp. Not sure if that's because it is a steam dryer. I do change the dryness to "more" every time though. Overall, great dryer and would recommend.

Very please with purchase although I had to wait a while for delivery . It was worth the waiting . Machine is very quiet and holds a lot of laundry and washes really really well . I’m still awaiting for my dryer

I got a good deal on this because it was an open box and had scratches etc. . But so far, knock on wood, this is the best dryer I have purchased. I liked the duct sensor to determine if the duct needed cleaning. I don't use the steam but I have it set up to.

The dryer works wonderfully. However, it has a steam feature for removing wrinkles, and when the Geek Squad installers were installing the line into the cold water line on the matching washing machine, they caused my washing machine to start leaking. It seems whomever Best Buy sent to my house 4 years ago to install the washing machine cross-threaded the lines during installation, so the installers this time were not able to get a tight connection when they hooked the cold water line back into my washing machine. It's been over a month and Best Buy is just now making the situation right. Very poor customer service in my opinion. I will never buy another appliance from Best Buy.

Its a great dryer and very spacious. It has an energy saver option but it takes longer to dry the clothes. I don't use this option as it does not raise my electricity bill very much. I highly recommend it.

We had this dryer for 5 years and it was damaged in a relocation move. We had it replaced with the exact same model because we love it so much. Easy to use, clothes never wrinkle and holds large loads.

The capacity and features on this dryer are amazing for the price. I had some issues with clothes being damp after a full 1hr 15min dry, though, I found out it's because of the echo dry feature. Once that's turned off (must turn it off each time), it dried my clothes no issue. Delivery was okay, my walls got a bit scratched, same with the machine but to be fair it's a small room. Dryer was make a humming noise, which seems to be normal but can be a bit annoying. Overall satisfied with this dryer.

At first I had to learn a little because my clothes weren’t coming out completely dried But when you press more dry it comes out perfectly dried Has lots of options And they all work great on our clothes

This dryer works amazingly!!! I love the options it offers, especially the eco drying option. I'm all about saving electricity and this dryer helps a lot!!!

Unfortunately we had to have a second dryer as Samsung told us the first one had issues. This is truly a wonderful dryer! It has so many settings I am not sure I will ever use them all! It may state it is going to take say an hour to dry your items but not so due to the sensor! Mostly it takes one half hour-30 minutes to dry my items. My clothing comes out so nice they don’t even need to be ironed. It is a large stainless steel drum that heats rapidly and does a phenomenal job! It goes great with my Samsung washer.

Best dryer I have ever owned hands. I never have to touch up a load to dry and it has never shrunk my clothes. Quiet and user friendly. Love much more than my previous gas dryer.

Our dryer died, and we needed one in a hurry. Unfortunately they no longer made the model that match the washer we have, so that was very disappointing. And this was the only one we could find that was energy star rated, that look like it would match. But when it arrived, I saw it didn’t really match at all. Functionally, It’s a dryer. Me and the dryer sometimes disagree about what dry means, but other than that it’s fine.

Might have been a little large for our family needs but after reading the manual all has worked out well. Especially for large blankets and bedding! The only complaint is the lint trap. It seems a lot is being trapped in and around the trap basket. We will probably need to vacuum it out more regularly than our past driers.
