Product looks good, has dents . However, you did change and/or reduce price. It is ok to me

Bought this along with a washer for my mom. She loves them!

While I have only had this appliance for approximately two months, I am very pleased with the number of options available for every fabric type imaginable. My laundry comes out wrinkle free and ready to go!

The frame of washer and dryer need make thicker for preventing dents

It’s a lot quieter than my last dryer and it’s a lot smaller.

Looks great and more over larger comforter will be easily dry.

I have never had a Dryer with so many features! It even notifies me by phone that laundry has completed so I no longer forget to take the laundry out of the dryer!

I love being able to wash and dry my bedding often. I have a dog that loves my bed, so having a high capacity washer and dryer with sanitary features is important!

This dryer is the best l! I love the size, the steam options, energy savings and even the sweet little tune that it sings to me when my clothes are clean!

Love this dryer! It does a really good job drying large loads which reduces my wash day time. The music when the load is done is also a real surprise.

I have only had my Samsung dryer for about a month, however I love it. My old dryer was about 27 years old, hoping this one lasts as long.

This Smart Samsung dryer is amazing. It dries clothes without wrinkling and notifies me on my smartphone when my clothes are dry.

Black Friday deal, but well worth the price. Connects easily to Samsung's Smartthings and other services (Google, IFTTT, etc). Can't control remotely due to it being a gas model (safety), but can still receive notifications on your phone when cycle ends. (Ask Google what the status is anywhere Assistant is in your home)

This is average and i wouldn't recommend it to our friends or families. It doesn't dry our clothes well and we would have to run a second cycle. I'm not sure what it is but the clothes come out very wrinkled. Samsung customer service is excellent though. 1 day after my warranty expired, we found out that the drum inside cracked and been chewing on our clothes. The rep was nice enough to send someone out to replace it few of charge.

This dryer looks great and is high quality. It has ample room to fit all the washes we do and it’s not loud.

Great dryer, it can handle a pretty big load. Would definitely recommend getting this dryer, especially with steam setting.

Ordered appliances from Best buy....Fridge, Washer and Dryer. They came and installed all these. Started using Dryer but clothes were still wet after running 5 times on different settings. Look at the youtube video and manuals but no luck. Finally saw backside of machine and came to know that Gas valve was not open....huff...really....open the valve and started again...started machine again but again machine was shutting off again and again after 2-3 minutes..then look at the back side and silver venting pipe was not properly installed and half open...called again best buy (trust me 45 minutes on phone line)...they said this is not their area....and need to contact geek squad...called geek and they said this is a problem of Samsung and they keep trying giving me samsung help line problem....but somehow they ready to send installation guy again. When they came 2nd time, they told that installation was done very poor and behind the washer, floor was wet because washer drain pipe was lose...and when they were fixing this, messed up with walls and paint...completely frustrating...Best buy always wash their hand when something goes wrong and trying to put blame on others.

We bought this when it was on sale and all I can say is this dryer does not disappoint.

I would recommend this dryer to all as it has a full feature set that will make laundry a breeze.
