I was buying on a budget, and did a little shopping around before I decided to buy this set. Best Buy offered the best deal with free delivery. Once I got them installed I decided to try them out. I haven’t stopped washing clothes since. So many setting to choose from, clothes are cleaner than ever, and dry quickly. I highly recommend this set to anyone!

Altho' I found it to be too high for the space I had available, it's working out very well. After a second trip to the store for the purpose of reconsidering a smaller set, the Samsung originally purchased was the best choice. I'm getting use to the height, and it does a better job than I expected; superior to the LG I previously bought in 2013. And I have no problem having our regular maintenance company handling it once the warranty runs out.

Big upgrade over electric dryer

The washer is nice, but has a couple of things to get used to. On the other hand, the dryer couldn't be simpler. Choose the cycle, temperature and load type and let the dryer do it's thing! The moisture sensors work great and clothes dry thoroughly in record time. Happy with this purchase. Looking forward to seeing the energy savings reflected on my gas bills.

Nothing overly fancy, but we the modern features compared to our old unit are nice. Still getting used to the various cycles and drying options to find what works best for us. The defaults work pretty good though overall. Everything as expected.
