I also purchased this model because of the brand and also the features that it has. I also like the way it matches my existing washer. Its a great accompaniment to washing and then drying my things. I Love the controls and the features. It works great.

I had no trouble learning how to use the many settings and options available. Finally, my permanent press clothing comes out with no wrinkles!! Would definitely recommend this product!

It has a large capacity, is easy to operate and works well. The buttons are a little weird. They don't always react the same when you push them. My biggest issue is that the paint is VERY easily scratched. It may be fingerprint proof, but if you want it to look like new after the first use, you have to avoid touching it with anything remotely scratchy - like the bottom of a Tide detergent bottle. I put all kinds of bottles on my old white dryer and no damage was apparent, not so here.

Good Machine for Large Family

The best feature is the reminder to clean the lint trap. It's one of those features you didn't know you needed until you had it.

So far we are having better luck with this one than our previous one. Hoping not to have any repeat problems. If so, we will not be buying Samsung appliances anymore.

Built well made in America and works great would definitely give this unit two thumbs up
