Gas Dryer is excellent, but the delivery service and Geek Squad/Pacifica setup is very poor because we got delayed 2 weeks on the delivery and had to hire a plumber to set it up because the setup person looked for every excuse to not set it up before Christmas.

The dryer was competitively priced and Best Buy made everything simple as they always do from ordering on-line to delivery, hook-up, and haul away of the old unit.

Only complaint is that you need to rinse more than once to get some detergent off of the clothes. This is noticeable if air-drying darker clothes.

So I’ve been waiting 2 months and still haven’t got my complete set. They said it wouldn’t be until June
