Both items are functioning well and seems we bought the set together, in which the first product performs as well over 1 years ago and that to me is great quality!!

Great Product...Lousy Customer service.

However the customer service was a pain to deal with. They did not do what i had expected and prepared for them to do. And instead left me to do all the unboxing and moving to the laundry room.

Only set back, the electrical cord doesn’t come with the machine and they don’t tell you that or offer it in the cart.
