SmartDrying tech has cut drying time in almost half, saving on the energy bill. I'm sure there are nicer driers aka more expensive dryers out there, but she does the job and then some

I have had a little problem with it turning off before the cycle completely finishes. Other than that it is large inside and holds all of my laundry and blankets very well.

None of the promotions were honored, although acknowledged, no one knew “how” lol - comical. Within first three times of use, dryer would fill with water when not in use. Samsung technician came out and had to replace motor, but could not identify what was wrong. Had a 15 year old dryer in its place prior and would do anything to have that one back. Still out of commission with no “expert” able to diagnose the reason why. Absolutely insane.
