So far so good. The dryer works as advertised. Excellent dry time. Can dry a full load in 30 minutes. There an added plus the with the available technology. Install the Samsung app and get the ability to get notifications and wirelessly control the dryer.

The new Samsung dryer i bought is very compact. I love it cause it dries my clothes very fast and the 7.4 cu is bigger than my old dryer. It has alot of option compared to the LG or GE dryer i had before.

Overall, I like the dryer. I have been a little disappointed in drying time for heavier items like blankets and comforters. I do these on time dry now and it is much better. Easy to use. No mechanical issues.

Hey I am good and sometimes problem little dry 1 hour 1/3 long clothes dry wet not finish and it not working full heat dry that why. I am fine. If I have problem wrong dry. I will call you anytime

The dryer is wonderful the clothes dry so they look and feel new. No wrinkles.

It dries well and its huge inside. But it doesn't remove lint nor pet hairs well. Certain fabrics collect lint and this dryer does no justice to it.

Stay FAR away! We have had this for a little over a year. 1 year and a month out it stopped working, then had a super rude repair guy come after being told that Geek Squad doesn't service our area.... why offer it then. They delivered it, but couldn't come fix it so had Sears sent out. Then a month and a half after the last repair (replacing the thermostat and heating element) the same part went out again and I was told it would be $600 to replace again. Tell me why I paid 599 for a dryer and its going to cost 600 to get the part and service? The part is sold online by Samsung for 240. I will NEVER buy a Samsung appliance ever again. I should have known when people asked if we finally got a new dryer and we said we got a Samsung and they all said good luck with that you would be better off with any other brand. I will never buy from BestBuy again either. Do not offer me a paid service that is not available in my area,

This is working great when they delivered it they did not hook it up due to not having the right piece but wasn’t a big deal

Love the washer and dryer. The only criticism is that it doesn’t have an interior light! Not a huge deal but I would have rated 5 stars instead and of 4 if it had a light!

I really like that this unit is lighter than the previous one installed. It also seems just a bit smaller as well. The door being interchangeable to which side you want to open it from is awesome, but the process of changing the opening side is a little more in-depth then what I was expecting.

In August 2023, I bought the Samsung - 4.4 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Top Load Washer with ActiveWave Agitator - Brushed Black. To match this washer, I purchased this Samsung - 7.4 Cu. Ft. Smart Electric Dryer with Sensor Dry - Black in March 2024. The set looks good. Moreover, it's been three months since I bought this dryer, and it is operating as it should.

This machine is wonderful, but the onlt problem that I have is the fact that it does not have a light on the inside. I thought all dryers had lights inside of them. Oh well.
