Great I’m no problems. Dryer has great timing and features

So far so good. The dryer is relatively quiet, has a good capacity and dries well. The black color is sharp. It has many different customizable settings and the lint trap stops the lint from getting into the vent pipe. It does dry fairly quickly and I like the digital timer display. I’ll update this review if I have any issues but so far so good.

Works as expected. Does the job. Cons: Doesn't have an option to easily set a time other than the pre-set. No light inside, so it's hard to see if something is left when you empty it.

Dryer works great. Variety of settings for all the various materials and temps.

This product is exceptionally of great quality, we bought the washer first over 1 year ago and then just now the Dryer. Both items are functioning well and seems we bought the set together, in which the first product performs as well over 1 years ago and that to me is great quality!!

The delivery of my dryer was terrible. I chose my washer and dryer delivery dates to be around the same date. I got a random text from best buy well after choosing my delivery date stating that my original delivery date was delayed for my dryer due to back order. When the original delivery date arrived, I decided to go ahead and step away from my home since my orginal date was not going to happen according to their text. As the day went on, I got a notification on my camera showing that they still came on that original delivery date. I had really been anticipating my new appliance deliveries and I would have stayed home if I would have not gotten that false text stating that I had to choose another delivery date because the original was not going to happen due to a back order. I immediately called and complained about missing my delivery due to this false text stating that my date was changed and demanded that they bring my dryer right back around because they were the reason I missed it. I was given the run around and lied to by customer service and also the warehouse that it was suposedly escalated to. This went on for days and even after numerous calls, they pretty much left my dryer sitting in their warehouse and would not bring it back out to me until this "new date" which was about a month out. If this wasn't bad enough, I was also told that I would get a gift card for the miscommunication and the terrible experience. Never got that gift card either. The dryer is great, but 0 stars for the experience.

This is a great dryer for the price point definitely worth the money

I love the dryer. it works great, and is way better than my older generation dryer was by a huge margin. However the customer service was a pain to deal with. They did not do what i had expected and prepared for them to do. And instead left me to do all the unboxing and moving to the laundry room.
