Dont ask for delivery

The washer dryer was given a delivery date of 04/11/3024….never got delivered and installed! Missed a call but i called the number it said number not in use? Then received a reschedule notice for 04/16/24….that wont work! Called customer service…cant understand the person and she is clueless! Called today but its like yalking to a brick wall….asked for a supervisor….still waiting. If uou cant walk in and pick it up, dont buy it!
