We got the set samsung washer/ dryer. The washer works great. The dryer takes many cycles to actually get our clothes dry even with a light load. We have had it for a month and a half and if we could still return it i would.

Broke after less than 2 months use.

I did take the extended insurance and another type of insurance. They will deliver a new unit on January 9th. Hopefully better luck with the new one.

Bought the washer first from a different vendor only to realize my dryer couldn't keep up with the new capacity of the washer. Best Buy was the only place I could find the matching dryer with free delivery as a perk! Didn't take long at all to receive and drivers were very courteous. First time buying an appliance from Best Buy and was very pleased! Will shop here first next time!
