We overall like the dyer. The appearance is very nice, and the compacity is huge. The controls are very easy to find and use. Even my 92-year-old grandmother has been able to use it. the only problem is even on Heavy duty, you have to run the floor rug two and three times to get dry.

This front load dryer shines with the Steam Santize+. Taking particular items to the dry cleaners is no longer needed with this being one of this dryers functions. Pet Care Dry is another function worth mentioning. This size is perfect for our queen sized comforter.

I've owned a lot of dryers over the years ans this one is great. I haven't used the steam option yet but I have seen others who have and love it. I love that it has several options to dry efficiently and I love the pet options. This takes out a TON of dog hair from my clothes. My big dogs shed and I will get a lot on me and each time my clothes come out completely free of dog hair. This washer and dryer combo has kept my clothes soft and really clean. Definitely worth the money!

My wife and I just moved. We had to leave behind our LG Washer/Dryer which was working fine, but had to leave it. The new (to us) house had a very old 1970's washer/dryer. Everything was updated but not the washer/Dryer. So off to Best Buy we go. My wife & I used bestbuy.com, and after careful consideration we selected this set. We have been happy with every other Samsung appliance so we were looking at the options from Samsung this time as well. We have had this set for a couple of months now and it has performed perfectly every time. I would recommend this pair to family & friends. The units are well built and responsive. I have to say I like these better than my old LG units. These have a higher quality build-factor. BestBuy Delivery has always been great and this was the same level of service.

Bought as a combo with the washer. Have not ised all the features, but overall very impressed by this dryer.

The dryer is quiet and works well. The steam option is a nice addition that removes wrinkles and sterilizes the load. I love the color of this machine.

Dryer works fine, but the top finish came right off when some pre-stain treatment got on it. After an hour with customer service trying to explain that it is pretty standard to use laundry products near a laundry appliance (and there's no warning against that in instructions), they welcomed me to spend $200 to replace it or buy touch up paint. Last Samsung product I'll buy after about 8-10 of them.

Absolutely love this washer and dryer. I previously had a Samsung but wanted to upgrade to the one with pet care the additional vents in the washing machine do you pick up quite a bit of hair and this model seems to be much quieter than the last Samsung model, which was also quiet, I feel like the load to water ratio also fills really nicely so I’m not using unnecessary water. The dryer is amazing. It also catches quite a bit of pet hair. I can tell the difference from when I’m using the PC dry mode versus just a normal dry or quick dry .Would highly recommend if you have a pet it is pricey for the extra pet feature, then purchasing the model that doesn’t have the pet dry mode.

Amazing, Fantastic Dryer!!!! Great features, quiet, big drum inside, and more energy efficient. Drys clothes, etc in less time than our previous dryer. The brushed navy color is unique and looks great in our laundry room.

I've had this Samsung smart dryer for about a month now. It really gets the clothes dry as long as you choose the correct control panel mode. For instance, I used the normal cycle and I should have chosen "Bedding" when I was drying the comforter. Worked great when I made the right choice. I like the jingle it makes when the dryer is done much more pleasant than the annoying buzz sound I got from my previous dryer. It looks good and solid and works fairly quietly. I like that I can turn a light on inside the unit. I have a dog and cat and the lint system works well so far.

Love the large capacity. Can now wash queen comforters at home. The pet hair is much reduced using this dryer and the matching dryer. Beautiful looking set. Only time will tell of its durability. Still getting used to the settings

Love this dryer - was a little hesitant on the blue color when ordering online, but once it was all setup I loved how they looked. Pet Care Dry function has already made it worth the wait for me - it has taken out pet hair from a sweater in particular (in conjunction with Pet Care Washer Cycle) that I have never had any luck getting fur free from. The Steam Sanitize is AWESOME! Probably my favorite feature. I've never had it before and love steaming my jacket to freshen it up! That cycle takes a little over an hour. The quick Refresh cycle is also great to refresh towels, blankets, or when pants get an unpleasant fold crease. Just throw it in and takes about 15 minutes and the hard crease is gone! Only thing I can nitpick would be the drum light does not stay on very long. I typically have the dryer half emptied and the light turns off and the interior is a shade of gray making darker articles of clothing blend in. Other than that, I love it!

I love this dryer!!! It has a large capacity and it is so quiet. It plays music when the load is finished. My husband is excited because it comes with a hook up for steam. There is a setting for pet care dry that I can't wait to use when my son brings his pet to visit. I am sooooo happy with this purchase.

Huge capacity, fully dries each load. I don’t really see much point to the app- I wish I could do the re-fresh cycle remotely after a load had completed. It suppose I should just not let laundry sit in the dryer for days… but the ability to refresh without going down to the basement would be nice. The navy is pretty but does show scratches and every speck of lint dust so I wipe it down a lot. I love the color but now understand why most are white or silver.
