It really does a great job of removing hair from our 2 dogs. We also like the sanitizer feature as well as the steam refresh! Overall happy with the quality.

I purchased the Samsung Washer from Best Buy back in December and it has worked great for us. We especially love the "Pet Hair" filters in the Washer Tub. When our Dryer went out several weeks ago I purchased the matching Samsung Dryer from Best Buy and it also is great improvement over our old LG machine. Very happy with our purchase so far.

I am still trying to understand the use of my phone with the item. It looks like I need to have a WiFi wherever I am that would let me go in my app and manage the settings.

My last one was a front loader with a filter in the front of the machine; which was a true pain! I love the 2 filters in the machine, they do their job. I also love the blue.

Can't control tempatures

What I dislike: you cant change the temperatures for preselected settings, like permanent press. The clothes also dont dry completely, so use timed dry. Time dry automatically puts you in an eco dry, whichbturns iff even when clothes are damp. Disappointed the pet care washer is great.

After four years of having to use public laundromats, we bought a house and this Washer/Dryer set from Samsung. The capacity is at least double of the last dryer we owned several years ago. We have had no problems with uneven drying of clothing (larger, heavy towels are just as dry as shirts and jeans in the same cycle.) Delivery and installation went smoothly. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

No more fur!

I was so excited when I opened the dryer door after drying the first load and there was no dog fur on my clothes! I love my girl Eevee with all my heart but my goodness does she shed. Now I don’t have to stress about being covered in fur!
