I purchased the Samsung Washer from Best Buy back in December and it has worked great for us. We especially love the "Pet Hair" filters in the Washer Tub. When our Dryer went out several weeks ago I purchased the matching Samsung Dryer from Best Buy and it also is great improvement over our old LG machine. Very happy with our purchase so far.

I need to turn the sound off though as it is not a quick tune. Wrinkle guard or whatever its called works great and I use it often. These are tall machines so there is plenty of room for very large items.

What I dislike: you cant change the temperatures for preselected settings, like permanent press. The clothes also dont dry completely, so use timed dry. Time dry automatically puts you in an eco dry, whichbturns iff even when clothes are damp. Disappointed the pet care washer is great.

It really does a great job of removing hair from our 2 dogs. We also like the sanitizer feature as well as the steam refresh! Overall happy with the quality.

My last one was a front loader with a filter in the front of the machine; which was a true pain! I love the 2 filters in the machine, they do their job. I also love the blue.

It does a great job removing pet hair, and the steam setting is a total game-changer—it eliminates odors and leaves everything feeling fresh and clean. The blankets come out nearly fur-free and smelling great every time. If you have pets, this dryer is 100% worth it!

It's drying a wide variety of clothes, towels, bedding, jackets, etc. in record time and without issue so far. We are very happy with this purchase. Also worth noting is that the dark navy blue color looks beautiful!

It dries a regular size load in as little as 40 minutes depending on what you’re drying. It is a little loud, but I guess it is normal. It looks good and works great! And the smart features are a plus!
