Clothes come out wrinkled when drying them and they also take forever to dry. The chemical smell is ridiculous with this dryer and goes beyond a "new smell." As far as pet hair, it all comes out of the dryer stuck to everything. Product returned.

It does have options for left right or down vents with the addition of a kit wish I would’ve knew about this from the beginning overall satisfied.

Haven't hooked up the water yet for the refresh setting. A regular load dries in 45 minutes or less (the washer spins down well). I have noticed a lot more lint in the trap than with my previous dryer, unsure why, the items are not new.

Dryes our clothes in half the time that it took our okd machine. I've only had one issue. When I throw in a large comforter it doesn't always dry all the way if you put it on a sense dry setting, you have to put it on time dry.
