I love it, it does the job and I definitely like the WiFi feature so it notify me when it done drying.

Of course, it is very intuitive, but I'd like to see something be it on paper or on-line. I could not find it online. I would like to know how to change the temperature. There are settings showing, but you can't change them. I'm assuing that a manual or FAQs would answer these questions

The dryer's temperature can only be adjusted in the TIME DRY cycle. Please see page 41 under the "04 Temp" for more details.

Took it back for an exchange and we were able to swap it for a new unit. We did have to pay the difference in the price but that was expected. Waiting on the new unit now so hopefully that was the issue.
