I previously had another Samsung dryer that worked very well, but we bought this one and had to replace it because it gave an error. However, with the new one, every time we put the clothes to dry, it takes too long to dry. With the old dryer, it dried in an hour or less, but with this one, you have to use it for about two and a half hours, and the clothes don't come out as hot. In conclusion, it is very bad. Don't buy it.

Loved the dryer - didn’t get as hot as expected
