Unfortunately, within just a week of use, we’re now facing the same issue. Every time we start the machine, it runs for exactly two minutes and then displays error code CL9. We have to restart it three times before it will work properly. This has been happening consistently, and it’s extremely frustrating

Broke after 2 years.

Cons: Purchased in October 2021, arrived a couple months later, motherboard went out in May 2024. Known problem with these dryers. Samsung covered the part ($150 value), but still charged a $200 service fee. Also takes an hour and a half to dry a load, twice as long as our previous dryer. Stay away from this model.
