Dryer works well and easy to use . It is large and fast.

The dryer (and matched washer) are excellent. I dropped a star because the delivery experience was poor. The driver for some reason backed the truck down our long driveway and destroyed a bunch of large branches on our trees. Also, the washer had a ding in it. I brought both of these up with Best Buy support and they said they would get back to me. It's been a month and crickets.

Washer is Samsung 5.4 top loader, paired it with this Samsung - 7.4 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle Electric Dryer with Steam - Champagne I enjoy it. Musical chimes at the end of cycle (a long one) but enough room for what ever you need plus steam. Con: flimsy lint catcher. wow. Sleek look, great color.

I left a pocket knife in a pocket ONCE. Now the dryer is destroyed. The drum is ruined, the back wall is destroyed, and the steam nozzle is destroyed. Local appliance repair shop said it would be over $700 to fix. I've been carrying pocket knives, leatherman/multi tools, and all sorts of heavy items which have ended up in the dryer over my lifetime. Never has it destroyed, or even damaged my dryer. Imagine if, every time a person left a pocket knife in thier pocket, they had to buy a new dryer! That would be insane! How can this machine be so fragile? People make these kinds of mistakes, and the equipment the rely on needs to be able to handle those things which could easily happen to any of us. Who can afford appliances built with such little margin for error? This was a quick $1000 mistake. I hope none of you have to experience it yourselves. Tip: test the drum with your finger. I went back to the store, and the stainless Samsung drums can be flexed by pressing with your finger.

Very good dryer with large capacity. It's working excellent till date.

Love it. Stop researching and just buy it! Can handle 3 - 4 loads at once and dry in about 75 minutes. Can steam / sanitize. Sexy and thoughtful design. I can't remember exactly how much I paid for it, but I'm sure I'd be willing to pay more.

This is the best dryer I have ever owned. Does a great job and has a lot of options. Have never used steam function yet, all the other setting work well. Would highly recommend this model to anyone. Hopefully is lasts many years to come.

I love that I can do big items in this washer. The large capacity tub allows me to wash blankets and comforters with ease. A load of jeans no problem! I feel this washer was a good buy.

I should have purchased a Samsung dryer years ago. This machine is fantastic!

Dryer is huge and fully loaded with awesome features. I love the steam sanitizer feature especially during this pandemic of 2020. Steam really freshens things up and drys super fast.

No complaints! Very easy to use. I wish the default setting was a little longer in time. I have to adjust that every time because it doesn’t always dry the first time. Overall I love it.

This dryer actually drys very well. Dont over pack it though. The individuals who are stating it doesnt dry well may not have read the directions. I had this problem at first until I read the directions and swringke free only blows low temp air. My assumption was wrinkle free sheets perfect....however will take a very long time to dry. Dont skip put on this purchase. Super nice and has a drying rack for shoes and bras or whatever you need to dry without tumbling.

Lots of different options for drying time/speed/heat. But be sure the door is on the side you need, based on where you put the washer...

Color of appliance is cool. Tons of features plus wrinkle free mode if you forget to empty the dryer when it's done. Really cool dryer.

I love my new washer and dryer. This Samsung set came in my desired champagne color ..but more importantly it had all of the settings I wanted: pre wash, and steam clean. It has an oversized load capacity as well as an extra water option (I really like this). It also has a quick wash cycle and the hand rinse option. The dryer is oversized as well and drys quickly with an option to pick how much sims I chose to dry.

Same performance as my old one , quiet and very easy to use!

This dryer has been excellent. I can throw in 8 or 10 heavy towels and have them fully dry in 1hr. This dryer is also very quiet and the color looks beautiful in person. It has different temperature and time settings for different types of clothing and bedding as well. Definitely recommend!

Really like it so far- a word of caution: If you are having Best Buy install this, BE SURE they install the steam kit/ hose. They obviously aren’t used to installing these so will forget. I took them at their word that everything was installed and it wasn’t- they didn’t even leave me the kit that came with it. Trying to get Best Buy to make this right has been a nightmare- I’m going on a week and my 9th Beat Buy employee and no one seems willing or able to help me. (This would be 5 stars except for the poor customer service)

This dryer is larger than average and works efficiently regardless of the amount of clothes I choose to dry at that time.
