Will not dry even the smallest load

I cant even dry a small load of baby clothes on normal without restarting 6 times and still wasn’t dry. I gave up and ended up air drying. Not sure if its the sensor but it’s not my vent. I called and we should be getting a new one but have to wait a week. Truly upset considering the price. Hopefully once the new one comes I can update with a better review. I’d prefer to not have to get a whole new set all together.

Cant' change temperatures in certain modes, etc. Once you enter a mode, you can't make any changes without restarting. They have been holding up well, and I suspect they will last a while.
