Big Time Regret!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this washer and dryer model 2.5 years back from BestBuy, but I am highly dissatisfied with the dryer. It takes 2 to 3 cycles to dry properly, which is quite frustrating. To make matters worse, the dryer has been producing a lot of lint recently. Due to lint damage, I had to dispose of over $1000 worth of clothing. The dryer door is always full of lint all around it, and it is now rusted over 10 inches. This purchase has been terrible, and I have suffered a significant loss.

I had hope to really like it but need to evaluate longer. The lint trap is very messy. Had asked to get the door hung on the other side. Those that delivered it were not able to do it, so another visit has to be made.

Like the settings, especially the level-of-dryness scale. Lint trap is easy to remove and reinstall. The only thing I would change would be to make the top surface of the machine level so that I could more easily set items on top.

The eco mode setting sets for an hour and 15 minutes but it actually senses when the clothes are dry and turns off. Very happy with this purchase!

We love it. But… it’s fully able to work on an app.. but you still need to manually start it!
