I have noticed that if you use a pre-set setting sometimes clothes don't end up as dry as they should. I was informed by customer service that it's a common issue due to the dryer sensors location. I just have to shudder the clothes most of the time and it's fine the second go.

Can't change them to what you want. Lint area is always hard to get cleaned off and builds up every time. Like it doesn't go through the tubing to the outdoors.

We recommend you turn your dryer knob to Cycle Selector for you to be able to choose the dryer cycle you want.
We also suggest that you please check the link in your user manual for the step-by-step guide on cleaning your lint filter. Turn to page 40 for the image of your control panel (3rd image), pages 41 to 46 under the "Operations, Simple steps to start, and "Cycle overview (Standard Cycles, Manual Dry and Steam Cycles")

It’s nothing and I can’t seem to get someone over here to fix it. I can’t use the steam because they didn’t hook it to my washer in order to have steam you need water.
