My dryer is almost one month and 3 cycles now not are working, they only worked for 3 minutes and then turned off

Purchased washer and dryer combo. We had a very basic and old dryer so this was a big step up. Very sleek design. We are very happy with it. It is quiet, quick, large (for big loads), self regulates time to dry based on humidity while completing cycle (i guess), controls are intuitive. I just might switch the door around to get better access while off loading the washing machine

Ive always been a huge Samsung fan when it comes to appliances and TVs. This dryer has been excellent so far. Has tons of great features and its super quite when its runnings. The steam and tray feature is an added bonus. I also love the color, very sleek! The only negative ive seen so far is that it can be prone to scratches if you place anything on top of it so be careful when setting anything on the top of it. Besides that, its an awesome dryer! Definitely recommend....

Works better than expected. I like the color, the options I have, and fits perfectly in the space I have in the garage. Worth the money.

This is the best dryer I've ever owned! It does an incredible job at drying my clothes even when I have oversized loads. It's quick, efficient, quiet, and it even notifies me on my phone when it's done. I'm thrilled with this machine! The only thing I don't care for is the top is sloped which means I can't stack stuff on it... But probably shouldn't have been doing that anyway. Lol!

The black with rose gold accents really catches your eye! However, I want to mention something that most people won’t give a second thought to, accessibility. This dyer and the matching washing machine actually both have braille and indicators on the main buttons and Samsung even added different tones to the levels so that those in the blind and low vision community can hear which level they are setting their options to. These features combined with the smart things app, really add to the accessibility of the dryer. In a world where sighted people gravitate towards touch screens and smooth surfaces, the blind and low vision community are all too often left behind. This is a huge improvement and I applaud Samsung for taking a big step in the right direction! Since I work with the blind and low vision community, this is something I have mentioned before, and it is great to see they are listening! The dryer has lots of great settings, but the steam cycles really set it apart from the rest. The refresh cycle uses steam to fluff clothes and get out those set-in wrinkles which is perfect for those loads that we all too often forget about. The sanitize is an awesome setting to have – especially in a world with so many viruses and germs. I love that I can finish my laundry on a sanitize cycle and know that they are extra cleansed of those sorts of things. The dryer also includes a rack to set shoes on or lay flat a sweater or other clothing to dry. I love this because I can dry shoes without the thumping sound that is loud and could damage the dryer drum. The drum light can also be turned on to see the clothes while the dryer is running. Since I have had clothes that have gotten tangled in the past, this is a great way to check up on the status of the laundry without having to open it and check by hand. Samsung also added features such as the moisture sensor that senses when clothes are dry and the winkle prevent that fluffs clothes at the end so they won’t get wrinkles. In addition, you can look up and create special cycles via the smart things app. This dryer is highly customizable and very usable by everyone. I have been very happy with everything it does!

Worked great for 2 months and then stopped working on a small load of laundry.

Bought the washer to the unit, and just as I said about the washer is the same for the dryer. Great amount of space, features, and absolutely love the color on this set. Gets things dry, never have to do more the maybe two drys for larger heavy duty things.

Quiet, easy to operate, happy with the purchase. I like the variety of features. Generously sized basket that holds large quilt and bedspread easily

LOVE IT. LIFE CHANGING!!!! I HAVE WASHER AND DRYER I can wash AND dry all the bedding at once! I went from having to use the laundry mat to this!! literally LIFE CHANGING. And did I mention you don't have to add laundry detergent or softener?! You fill up the chambers and when you go to wash you just push start select the load and press start again. SO EASY. AAAANNNNDDD it tells you when it needs to self clean and you just press start to let it self clean. You can get the door reversed so that it opens from the other side ( something I had to do because of the location of my washer/dryer set up) Y'all it is so nice! Probably one of my best adult purchases!!

This dryer is amazing!!!!!! The options are so amazing and it’s very easy to use. User friendly and holds a lot for my family. I can’t speak enough how happy I am.

It’s really quiet and easy to hook up and use. Drys clothes quickly and it has more options than I’m used to. That’s great.

Had them since July after our previous set took a poo. Love them! I love I can put clothes in and start it before I get home from work. It’s also huge so it can fit anything in it, I am five feet tall and can’t reach so I have a pair of long tongs with rubber on the end to grab items easily. The dryer has a steam feature which I love because our other didn’t. It’s quiet, but the con to the dryer is sometimes it “eats” dryer sheets like they are bundled up by the lent area and I have to pull it out, I think it’s a design issue but love them both and hope they last for years!

I have been very happy with this dryer. I’ve had it now for a year and have had absolutely no trouble with it. I think the capacity is what I love the most, followed closely by ease-of-use, Wi-Fi and app connection and aesthetic. I’ve never had a dryer that was so efficient either. Between this dryer and the matching washer I only do two loads of laundry a week. They each hold so many clothes per load it’s wonderful!

Bought this alongside the matching washer and love it. Never had a dryer that has held so much. Very quiet and clothes have never came out anything but completely dry.
