We’ve had great experiences with Samsung appliances and this one is measuring up as well. This dryer replaced our 12 yr old Samsung dryer. The sensor is accurate, clothes are dry and not shrunk. Very happy with this purchase.

The outside finish has a sleek look. Very easy to connect to cell phone. Downfall is sometimes the dryness sensor thinks its done even if your sheets balled up around other clothing.

I’m still learning the custom programming I can do for my different loads of laundry but I can tell you that I LOVE the smart feature. I just wish I could start the dryer from the app.

The steam sanitizer only goes on for like 2 minutes (even though it shows it's supposed to be on for 20+) and doesn't do the job I thought it would getting wrinkles out. Also, the app is pretty useless. You can set up the drying mode and everything, but then you have to physically press start on the dryer itself. Pretty pointless if you ask me.

The drum is so large it almost seems like I need to dry two loads of clothes at once. Drys clothes fast, my old dryer would have to run for well over an hour to dry less clothes than this one drys in 30 minutes. Have not tried the steam function yet, but I’m sure it works well also. Runs pretty quiet to, sometimes i forget it’s running and have to go check to make sure I started it. I’m personally very pleased with my purchase, and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.
