Couple of issues

The steam sanitizer only goes on for like 2 minutes (even though it shows it's supposed to be on for 20+) and doesn't do the job I thought it would getting wrinkles out. Also, the app is pretty useless. You can set up the drying mode and everything, but then you have to physically press start on the dryer itself. Pretty pointless if you ask me.

It dries so much better then my old dinosaur. I love the smart features. My only complaint is that sometimes with blankets it thinks they are dry when they are still damp in the middle. You have to turn it to timed dry to get it to continue drying.

My only issue is Samsung Provides a lesser quality holes and plastic y connector.. This day and age, we all move to stainless steel. Braided holes and brass y connectors for the sanitized option.

Good Dryer - Hope it Lasts

Hopefully this one proves to be better. As for the dryer itself, I am well pleased. Seems to be better built than previous models. It is also extremely quiet. When closing the laundry room doors, I can barely hear it running.

It is tall. I bought the Champagne color. It looks nice. If to buy again, I would choose black and steel. It does sing to you when a load is complete. I have to run the jeans twice to get them dry. It is an average machine with nice features. My favorite is the wifi feature.
