Does what it says on the tin. It was handy having the built in test to let us know the ducts needed cleaning out. That was neat. The singing it does when it's done doing it's cycle can go though. Again, still figuring out the "smart" bits. Was a bit bigger than I was expecting.

Phenomenal dryer. Had a ton of completely drenched clothes after a plumbing issue, this took care of them in two runs. Ordinarily washed clothes are perfectly dry after one run. The timer to know when it will be done is also so nice.

I spent *months* researching my W/D purchase and this Samsubg set was the winner! Nothing gets clean in front loaders or agitator free top loaders. So, I went with this set and use deep fill and I agitate away. Out clothes, towels, and blamkets smell amazing agin!

Had it about a month and very much enjoy using it. It did take me a second to get used to the different control set up but once i figured it out, it works exactly how I need it to.

We had issues placing the order online and engaged support via chat. Erick D. did a great job in getting things resolved for us. We later had the appliances delivered and installed by Luis and Charlie, which was another outstanding experience. This is a GREAT dryer.

I've had a Samsung Electric Dryer for over 10 years and now and are still running great. I'm giving it my Grandson. I'm upgrading and hoping these will last another 10 years.

It does job as stated. We needed something which dried clothes faster than our older one and it fit the cost and the requirement.

Best dryer I have ever owned. Clothes dry fast. No need to over dry. And the option to have a wrinkle free clothes if I don’t have time to take them out is the best

This is an amazing dryer. Works great with Alexa and the options are awesome. Dries large loads on first run. Refresh cycles takes care of wrinkles when we are away and cannot pull clothes out as soon as they are finished.

Washes good no problems. Only thing with it is after it finishes washing, it plays piano like Beethoven for what seems like 10 mins.

Replaced Maytag. Selected because of capacity and steam option.

I bought it open box and it didn't work well but I think new ones would be excellent.

Bought this after our old set decided to quit working properly. Works great & plays a cute little tune when the cycle is complete.
