1. Check for Updates through the SmartThings app.
2. Router placement/setting, Samsung washers and dryers communicate through 2.4ghz. You’ll need to turn off your router’s Smart Connect or QoS if you don’t want the router to choose the bandwidth for you. Give each bandwidth its name (e.g. - Home 2.4ghz, Home 5ghz).
3. Network Congestion, the more devices connected to a network the higher the chances of disconnection.
