Worst dryer I’ve owned

Use any setting on the left and the dryer always quits way to soon and the close are still wet. Use the settings on the right and similar results. Only success is to use “times dry” with a max one 1 hour and then I have to add another 30 minutes and then normally they will be dry but not always. Like this right after delivery. Is this dryer really this terrible? Not efficient at all.

Couldn't ask for better!

Being Wi-Fi connected saves my walking time from going back and forth from the laundry room to check to see if the laundry is dry or not. It usually dries in less time than it states so it saves on electricity also. Great products!

Do Not Waste Your Money and Time

It has a sensor dry and stops drying when its senses your clothes are dry. But don’t be fooled. If you put a quilt in there and it gets wrapped up in a ball it’ll stop drying and when you take it out and unroll it it’s still wet and you have to constant keep untangling it and starting drying over again. Not to mention the the terrible dryer sound everytime the load finishes.

Not so good at drying towels and blankets

I waited 2 whole days for them to come. The worst service people who told me that after I paid for installation I should call a plumber. Returning it!

Broke after 2 years

It does dry bery well. Its not yhe product it was the service or lack there of.

Never buying Samsung again

We needed to get a redelivery so we switched to an LG product instead. The LG was $100 cheaper and works great. Delivery guy told us it happens often with Samsung.

Got scammed by delivery and installation.

They dropped off the washer and dryer and left. I had to pay one delivery guy extra money just for him to finally finish it. I felt cheated and scammed. They had to reschedule everytime because they did not have the right electrical plug with them. Even after talking to scheduler that out it on the order to bring the plug. They did not and I hadn’t pay out of my pocket for some delivery guy to go grab and plug and had to tip him big for the work.
