    Broken sensor when delivered “new”

    We just got this from Best Buy- and the dryer keeps shutting off early before everything is dry. Something is wrong with the sensor now we have to go through Samsung since Best Buy won’t assist with repairing since they were out of stock and wouldn’t replace even though it was within the 15 days to report a issue… then wouldn’t allow to wait till the item was back in stock so it would match our washer.

    Bought this a few weeks ago to replace a Maytag. The only cycle that lets you choose temperature and length of time is Timed Dry option. All other cycles are preset and cannot be changed. Also was told it was a stainless steel drum and it's plastic. Will go back to Maytag next time.

    Very modern & slim clean look. Works very well. Expected the normal wash & dry time to be shorter but beside that it gets the job done. Love it a lot !

    Dryer is not so great. Takes longer to dry clothes. Most of the time had to repeat it twice at 1hr each time. Dryer is fancy but not effective when it comes to drying

    Dryer Stopped Working

    The dryer stopped working after 4months. I am contacting Samsung now to see if an acceptable solution can be found. I will update my review if they are able to fix the issue.

    The steam doesn’t remove wrinkle so it says your clothes are dry when they’re not, but it will not run because it says they’re dry. What a huge, piece of garbage. The plastic, yes plastic, door has a big crack in it.

    Not worth the money

    Have had this dryer for a little over a year and the insides have started to burn up its not the vent inside the dryer constantly smells its burning and we have stopped using.

    Don’t ever buy this dryer, or the washer that goes with it. I am a nurse, and when I just wash four pairs of scrubs and put them in the dryer and pull them out, they are all in twisted and tangled. I have to pull my clothes out, untangle them and put them back in. This is the worst set of washer and dryer I have ever purchased.

    This is a replacement dryer for one that malfunctioned. I can only use the quick dry and timed dry settings to actually dry clothes. The other settings shut off as soon as it begins to heat. I am so disappointed!

    Not impressed with Ssmsung dryer

    After a week of usage we are not impressed. Do far we have had to redry almost every load of clothes. Today load of towels have been dried on heavy duty 3 times and still not dry. Not impressed with Samsung so far. Having to adjust my schedule next week gor repairman to come out.

    Poor at drying

    The dryer tries to be smart and sense when items are dry, but it is usually inaccurate. Large items such as blankets, bedding or towels may require multiple cycles to completely dry. It will always stop after a few minutes because it thinks items are dry, but they are not. Get rid of the useless presets and let consumers choose settings like temperature and cycle time and don't let a poor sensor override the settings. Dryer, you had one job.....and you can't even do it

      We are happy to help you when it comes to the large laundry size.

      It is important to fill the drum to about 3/4 full. Do not add items over this level as they need to tumble freely.

    So disappointed i porches this item on November 12 and i received it on December 23 and when i did the purchase on bestbuy they Never told me that i had to buy the Cable cort really disappointed
