Do Not Buy This

This dryer has a sensor to determine if the clothes are dry. You cannot bypass this sensor and it will not dry clothes that are still wet when the sensor has determined (in error) that they're dry. We've had it for 2 1/2 months and it does this every load in every mode.

Motor Broke

The motor quit working after a year and a half. The repairman said this has been an ongoing issue. The motor is on backorder anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months out. Cost is almost equal to a new dryer, so we switched to a Whirlpool.

Horrible

Stops drying after 15 minutes on auto settings when closes are not dry. Tried timed dry for an hour and clothes still wet. Doesn’t dry and keeps bad odor even though steam option not used.

Not impressed

No issues with my washer, but now I’m trying to figure out why my dryer won’t turn on. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, still nothing. There were no power outages or anything so I’m annoyed at this point. It better be an easy fix especially because I just got it exactly two weeks ago.

Do not buy Samsung dryers

Steam doesn’t even get wrinkles out of clothes and the dry detection is no good. It stops before clothes are dry and I’ve had to go through two cycles for clothes to dry causing a high electric bill. Do not buy Samsung anything besides phones.

Laundry may be damp at the end of a steam cycle; if so, laundry needs to lay flat or be hung to dry or finish drying on a different cycle.
You can also use the wrinkle-prevent cycle on your dryer.
You can check the model's user manual link below about the cycles and operation of this dryer on pages 42-44, and for the best result follow the load size recommendation for each dry cycle on page 48.

Absolute disappointment

Every load is a disappointment. My clothes are not dry, no matter what setting i use or change. They are always wrinkled and it does not reduce the dog hair. My 2008 old dryer always worked. Dry, unwrinkled, crisp and clean.

Not waste your money
