Also never replaced which was the plan. Had to ask for the extra paid parts as delivery team acted like there was no extras. Do not buy Samsung dryers

Steam doesn’t even get wrinkles out of clothes and the dry detection is no good. It stops before clothes are dry and I’ve had to go through two cycles for clothes to dry causing a high electric bill. Do not buy Samsung anything besides phones.

Laundry may be damp at the end of a steam cycle; if so, laundry needs to lay flat or be hung to dry or finish drying on a different cycle.
You can also use the wrinkle-prevent cycle on your dryer.
You can check the model's user manual link below about the cycles and operation of this dryer on pages 42-44, and for the best result follow the load size recommendation for each dry cycle on page 48.

Absolute disappointment

Every load is a disappointment. My clothes are not dry, no matter what setting i use or change. They are always wrinkled and it does not reduce the dog hair. My 2008 old dryer always worked. Dry, unwrinkled, crisp and clean.

Not waste your money
