The steam function is fantastic, and the Samsung app is seamless when using your phone to control the functions. All clothes come out wrinkle free, and there's no re-running of the cycle because clothes weren't fully dry. Great product!

Beautiful, quiet, does the job. Really liking them so far, will probably update once I've had them for a bit and see what the utility usage and reliability are like, but so far very happy!

The second week, it quit working completely. Best Buy was very good at trying to remedy the problem. They were out within 6 days and took away the first one and replaced it with a new one. The second dryer works beautifully.

Clothes come out wet on every cycle except the timed cycle where I can increase the time and temp myself. Even worse if the eco dry is on. The washer doesn't spin the water out very well so the seemingly go in extra wet. The first week we had it, I laid wet clothes on top of the dryer and took the beautiful shine away. I have washed and buffed trying to get the shine back. I have forgotten to adjust the automatic settings before hitting start, then paused it to make the adjustments such as longer dry time or increased temp, but it won't make any changes without turning it off and back on.

Please ensure the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain other cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature. Please check these links for details.

Pretty happy overall

The app is convenient! And the steam and rack features are great.

It also has a quick dry. I like that I can test if the vent is clogged too. I have not set up the steam part yet but I am looking forward to that feature.

I would say that it is a little complicated to figure out how to change the temp of the water etc, but I do really like both the washer and dryer. For short ladies, just fyi, I do use a foot stool to get to the bottom of the washer to grab my clothes.
