    I feel the newer the model the cheaper the item. It doesn't wash right and the dryer leaves clothes damp. I don't understand why we need so many settings on a washer or dryer.

    The fact that my appliance stopped functioning just a short while after the warranty period ended has left me feeling incredibly disheartened. To make matters worse, the cost of repairing it was almost equal to purchasing a brand new one, despite having only recently moved in a few months prior to the purchase. It's like I barely had the chance to use the appliance before it stopped working which is a huge disappointment. I have seen the negative impact that disposable and poorly made products can have on our planet. With this in mind, I have decided to not purchase products from this manufacturer in the future. I will make a conscious effort to seek out brands that produce durable, long-lasting products that are better for both the environment and for consumers.

    Do NOT use Best Buy Delivery/Installation

    The dryer (so far) is fanatic however, I do NOT recommend using Best Buy's delivery/installation service for the following reasons: 1. Delivery was late 2. Installers did not have covers for their boots. 3. Installers left a huge mess leaving behind remnants of the old vent, old tape as well as dryer lint all over the place. 4. Installers did not properly connect the vent hose which was smushed and we still couldn't close the door to the laundry room. You're better off doing it yourself.

    After waiting a month for delivery from purchasing, i was so excited to finally receive my new qasher and dryer. To my surprise.. the dryer did not come with a drying rack (it said in the questions and answers for this make/model that it does). Even worse.. the dryer stops after 4 minutes of drying, the dryer plays its end of cycle song and shuts off. There's no message or indication as to why it's doing this. I put work clothes in the dryer before going to bed, because they'll be dry when i wake up right!? WRONG. Woke up and had a dryer full of wet work clothes. I was 5old by several people that they have heard bad things about Samsung wahers and dryers and to seek another brand but didnt listen because i am a Samsung person for any and all electronics since the beginning of technology so this came as quite a surprise. I would return this set but naturally, i paid to have it delivered to my house (almost an hour from the store) so i would have to pay someone to load this up and ride with me and highly doubt i would get a refund on my delievery fees. Please help!

    Regular size loads still damp at end of cycles - even with maximum time/heat used and no auto sensor. There is no energy savings in using multiple cycles to dry a single load! There has been a build up of lint in the outdoor dryer vent. Have been cleaning it weekly ever since getting this new dryer! Our dryer duct work was professionally cleaned a month before we bought this dryer so I know it is not from a clogged dryer vent. Not sure what the issue is but our old LG dryer worked great for nearly 11 years with daily use. Also, not digging the slanted top! Why the slant?! Can't store anything there as it slides off as soon as the dryer starts up. Super annoying!

    Im not sure the dry sensor works right. It keeps turning off, clothes are still wet and I have to keep turning it on. Its brand new too.

    Failed just after warranty ended

    It was great while the warranty lasted, but less than a year and a half after purchase (just after the warranty was done) it stopped working and there is no support available for it. Best Buy couldn't figure out how to set up any help for us, chat said call and calling was a run around joke of customer service without any resolution. Checking Samsung website for repair technician options there was none in range that could/would help and the machine is clearly not set up for DYI repair. Not happy with the lack of support for the product on either side. Not worth the investment, now we have to either figure out how to repair it ourselves or buy another dryer. What a waste and disappointment.

    The dryer shutdown before bedding is dry. Goes from 1:15mins remaining to 1 min in 3mins of running time.

I know how frustrating it can be when your Appliance is not working correctly. When your dryer turns off without warning, it could be something as simple as a tripped breaker or loose power cord.
