    You put the dryer on "Bedding" setting with a single blanket and let it go. The dryer "senses" that its dry and stops. The middle is still soaked so you start it again. It immediately stops again because it senses its dry. JUST DRY IT! If i turn it on again, GO THROUGH THE CYCLE!

    bad service and communication,. I bought that dryer and got delivered in April, 2025 and 6 weeks later the light inside was falling out , not working anymore

    Awesome dryer! It works very well. The only thing we haven’t tried was the steam cycle. We need a separate adapter that wasn’t brought up. But!! Love the set and it all works well! Thanks Best Buy and Samsung!

    Same as washer, pretty to look at but can’t dry your washed load takes 2-3 times to dry load and will tangle sheets with knots,.

    Dryer is terrible. Our has broken twice and water is getting in it. Eco mode is terrible. Samsung customer service has been an absolute nightmare. Was going to get a replacement but that came damaged. A month with no dryer after spending all this money. DO NOT BUY THIS DRYER NO MATTER HOW PRETTY IT LOOKS

    Dryer not working like it should

    I am not happy with my dryer, it is not drying my clothes even after it has been running for an hour an a half. I’m wasting electricity instead of saving it.

    After 1 year and 2 months of used , dryer is not working anymore and it wasnt even high load of work we are just 2, and then call bestbuy and they are charging almost $150 just t come over and look.

    I hate the eco dry option. It takes forever for clothes to dry if you forget to turn it off. & If it is turned off it takes forever for clothes to dry anyway. Like an hour. Maybe I am not using it properly for lack of any instruction or demonstration from delivery people. Laundry may take forever but it looks good in my laundry room.

    Bad dryer, poor BestBuy TotalCare service.

    It simply doesn’t dry. Weve had our ducts cleaned forward and backwards. It dries half-way. Clothes still come out damp-ish. The installers left a weird loop for the vent and that “might” be the problem. BestBuy’s TotalCare hasn’t called me back - so that was useless

    The dryer has been nothing but issues so far, it will run for the dry time and the clothes will need to go a little bit longer as they are still a little damp. The dryer senses that the clothes are dry and turn off but the clothes are not completely dry. Very aggravating.

    This dryer is to rough on my clothes. Even separating appropriately, I’ve noticed my clothes ripping and most of the clothes come out wrinkled. Also you can just redry a few the sensor turns the machine off and if you use the refresh it’s practically rewashing them without soap in the dryer.
