Open Box Classified Wrong

The dryer was delivered. and it damaged on front and the dryer did not dry the clothes. Very disappointed with Best Buy. It was such an inconvenience to us in purchasing this dryer.

Bad experience

The best the store could do was: replace it one month and a half later. The new appliance is scheduled to be delivered on 8/15, but actual installation will only happen the same day.Best buy could not offer delivery and installation on the same day. All in all a horrible experience.

Washer and dryer

Samsung Dryer

NO RACK INCLUDED!
