It was easy to connect and works great. I set it and forget it. It has more pleasant "singing" tones instead of buzzing which was an adjustment. Lol.

Works great overall, but sometimes the clothes may not be completely dry and when i rerun it, it'll say it's going to run for an hour and then randomly cuts off. I assume it thinks they're dry but they're not, so i have to run it in timed dry.

This is my second Samsung dryer. I left the 1st one with the house we sold. It was a good selling point with the house. This new one is even better. Very reliable.

This machine was godsend. We hadn't had a working dryer in two years. It works well since I have a Samsung phone so I know when it is done.

Only problem is that to get clothes that are at the back of the dryer I have to stick my head partway into the dryer. Still learning the "smart" settings. Do find that dryer balls help move the clothes and dry more efficiently.

Love my washer and dryer. The installation was sub par the guy didnt install the tube correctly. I had to fix it myself because he couldnt come back same day.

This is the quietest washer we have ever had, which is wonderful! The tub is very large and helps cut down on the number of loads we need to do. Still getting familiar with the electronics, but all in all I think we have most issues figured out.

I love this dryer it works excellent beautiful. I also knlike that I can connect to the SmartThings app it makes it much easier for visually impaired users to control the device using the app with voiceover on the iPhone.

First let me say I did my research. I love the agitator my wash machine died. The new machine whew MAKE SURE YOU READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Things are different than the older machines. The washer is quiet oh let me say when it’s done you get to hear this music meaning it’s done. So far so good. My experience with Best Buy purchasing I will give 3 stars. She couldn’t get my order in the system correct so she had to cancel it a few times causing me to lose my appointment time (which would have been next day delivery) I got stuck with waiting three days. The delivery was fantastic they get six stars got the old machine out setup was quick. So far so good I purchased the additional warranty because my previous machine I had lasted for 15 yrs ( I purchased it from Best Buy)

Much nicer than our older Samsung unit. Cycles are typically done in 35-40 minutes and it has more features than I need.

I love this product I have been using it for 2 years now, I recommend you buy it and the reason why I only gave it 4/5 is that out of nowhere my dryer had a little malfunction. I have to open the lid in order for my dryer to stop spinning if not it goes on and on until the door is open. If you buy anything from Best Buy I also recommend getting the Geek squad insurance or warranty. Even though it’s a hassle to even get something done with them.

Quiet operation, the sensor dry though is a bit annoying, as usually even with the Dryness setting turned to max, clothes usually aren’t completely dry, particularly denim or thicker linens like hoodies and throw blankets. Works well other than that, happy with it.
