So I make sure to push dryness to max level every time. The anti wrinkle only works so so as my shirts are still wrinkled all be it less than my old dryer. I do like the steam and refresh as I can throw a shirt in there that was barely worn and it feels clean. Just like the washer though, I despise the touch sensors, that board will go bad and I imagine that the cost of the repair will be crazy stupid. So I probably won't repair due to cost of repair and I will have to buy another one (ughhh). Over hyped product that I got sucked into. Unless you need to remotely start and stop laundry with your phone I see no need for that feature. I don't need my phone or tv telling me my laundry is done. Its just not that important. Just like the washer I wish I would have gotten something with good ole fashion knobs. I do like the large size of the dryer as opposed to the large size of the washer there are only 2 of us here, me (dad) and my son. Between the washer and dryer I am less than impressed, but I must admit my clothes really do feel clean. Bottom line is too many whistles and bells for me and the default setting leave something to be desired. If I wasn't so lazy I would have best buy come and pick them up and choose something else.

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know that you're having issues with your Samsung dryer, such as some of your clothes come out damp, anti-wrinkle doesn't do an excellent job and a problem with the touch sensors.
