Nothing gets clean in front loaders or agitator free top loaders. So, I went with this set and use deep fill and I agitate away. Out clothes, towels, and blamkets smell amazing agin!

Had a ton of completely drenched clothes after a plumbing issue, this took care of them in two runs. Ordinarily washed clothes are perfectly dry after one run. The timer to know when it will be done is also so nice.

Very difficult to figure the settings and after 3 weeks can’t get it to completely dry the load. Sometimes even after an hour and a small load it still isn’t dry completely.

A GREAT dryer…

Erick D. did a great job in getting things resolved for us. We later had the appliances delivered and installed by Luis and Charlie, which was another outstanding experience. This is a GREAT dryer.

Works great with Alexa and the options are awesome. Dries large loads on first run. Refresh cycles takes care of wrinkles when we are away and cannot pull clothes out as soon as they are finished.

So far, we are absolutely pleased. Light inside dryer was a pleasant surprise and a great feature. No more leaving a sock in the dryer. Best Buy had the best price of any other retailer.
